All West Surface Prep is a commercial and industrial concrete surface preparation and flooring contractor based in Commerce City, Colorado, working on existing concrete since 1990.

We do not pour concrete. We prepare, restore, and finish slabs that are already in place.

Services include diamond grinding, shot blasting, and coating or adhesive removal; polished concrete using the UltraFlor system with a 10-year warranty; epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic coatings; self-leveling underlayments for uneven substrates; moisture testing and vapor mitigation; joint filling and caulking; densifying and sealing; and dust control on every project.

We run the Blastrac 20D, the largest shot blaster in the Rocky Mountain region, along with multiple heavy grinders and portable generators for sites without power access. A crew of 10 to 15 cross-trained employees handles projects from 1,000 to more than 160,000 square feet, with mobilization typically within 24 to 48 hours of contract signing.
