Premier Concrete Pro (premierconcrete.pro) is a nationwide directory of concrete contractors operated by Belmont Digital Marketing LLC. This Privacy Policy covers premierconcrete.pro and its subdomains, including my.premierconcrete.pro and local.premierconcrete.pro (together, the “Site”).
Information We Collect
- Business listing information. Our directory listings are compiled from publicly available sources (such as business websites, public maps and search listings, and state licensing records) and from information businesses submit to us. Listings include business details such as name, address, phone number, website, services, and license information, and are published publicly in the directory.
- Information you submit. When you claim or update a listing, add your company, request information, or contact us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and business details.
- Billing information. Purchases (such as premium listings or services) are processed by our billing and payment providers. We receive your name, email, and transaction details; we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Automatic information. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies and analytics tools.
How We Use Information
- Operate and improve the directory and display business listings
- Process listing claims, updates, and new listing submissions
- Provide paid services and process billing
- Respond to inquiries and provide support
- Send transactional emails (such as listing confirmations and receipts)
- Send service-related and marketing emails to businesses that have engaged with us — you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
- Protect the Site against fraud, spam, and abuse
If Your Business Is Listed Here
Listings are built from publicly available information, and being listed is free. As the business owner you may claim your listing to update or complete it at any time. If you prefer, you may request a correction or full removal of your listing by emailing [email protected] — we will honor removal requests within a reasonable time.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site — hosting, content delivery, email delivery, payment and subscription billing, and analytics providers — and where required to comply with law or protect our rights.
Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, performance (caching), and analytics. Our analytics run on our own self-hosted platform (Matomo), so analytics data stays on servers we control and is not shared with third-party advertising platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the Site remains usable with cookies disabled, though some features may not work.

We retain information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above — for example, while your listing is published, while you have an active subscription, or as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (including California) may exercise the rights provided by those laws through the same contact; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
The Site is a business directory and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
